Bedboard Connectors: Connected with 3mm-thick all-steel components and movable brackets. The back bedboard adopts a double "V"-shaped dual-support force-dispersing structure, which ensures uniform and dispersed force distribution. This greatly improves the safety performance of the bath bed, minimizes the stress on the rocker, effectively extends the service life of the rocker and the bed, and simplifies subsequent maintenance and repair work.

Anti-corrosion Treatment: The bed frame surface undergoes anti-corrosion processes including pickling phosphating, ultrasonic rust removal, and electrostatic powder spraying. The powder coating thickness is ≥1mm, providing impact resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent air permeability and durability.

Side Rails: Foldable extended stainless steel side rails are installed on both sides, with the upper end of the rails reaching 115 cm. Reinforced by metal connectors, the rails are safer and more durable. Equipped with locks and anti-pinch devices, the rails can rotate 180° when lowered, ensuring convenient, safe and stable use for getting on and off the bed, and reducing secondary injuries. They can withstand a load of up to 100 kg of tension or pressure from above and below.

Noise-free Casters: Equipped with 5-inch premium noise-free casters with independent braking control. These are universal casters made of wear-resistant wheel surface material, with built-in self-lubricating bearings that prevent foreign matter entanglement, ensuring quiet operation and wear resistance. The caster material is suitable for use on PVC floors, preventing damage to the PVC floor surface.

Mattress: Made of high-toughness environmental-friendly kayak material that meets standards such as ROSH and EN71. The mattress is filled with high-density EVA, featuring softness and comfort, resistance to high and low temperatures, and resistance to deformation and aging. It is detachable for cleaning and disinfection.

Motor: The bed is equipped with 2 electric push rods.
