Payment Methods

Payment & Order Policy – Robotmall

An order is not binding upon Robotmall until it is accepted. Robotmall must receive payment before it will accept an order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unless otherwise specified, payment for the ordered product(s) is due prior to shipment.

If your order includes backordered products, payment for the entire order will be processed during checkout, and the order will be shipped once all items are available. This ensures that stock is reserved for you for the arrival of our next shipment. If you prefer to receive the available products immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Credit Card

To pay by credit card, you will be required to enter your credit card number with the expiration date once you reach Checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), Discover, and Diners Club credit cards.

We do perform screening checks for all credit card transactions. Please ensure your address and phone number match those associated with your credit card account to avoid delays. Most orders paid by credit card are processed and confirmed on the same day. If we have questions or need a confirmation, we will contact you.

Express Checkout

You can choose an Express Checkout method to complete your order during the Checkout process. These options can automatically fill your credit card information and/or shipping address, allowing you to complete payment quickly if you already have an account with one of the following services:

PayPal
Shop Pay
Google Pay
Apple Pay (only supported on Apple Devices)
Meta Pay (for USA-based customers only)

Please note that payments made through these Express Checkout options may be processed immediately, even if, for some reason, we are not in position to ship immediately (for example, the item is out of stock).

Certified Check or Money Order

You can pay with a certified check issued by your Canadian or U.S. bank, or via money order (domestic money orders from Canada Post or international money orders from USPS).

Products will be reserved for 7 days while we wait for the arrival of your certified check or money order.
Your order will ship one week following receipt of payment.
This payment method is only available for shipping addresses in Canada and the U.S.A.

PayPal

You can choose PayPal during checkout. After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase. Payments made through PayPal are processed immediately, even if the item is not in stock and cannot ship right away.

Shop Pay – Pay in Full

You can pay via Shop Pay during checkout. After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to Shop Pay to complete your purchase. Payments made via Shop Pay are processed immediately, even if shipment is delayed.

Wire Transfer

It is possible to pay by bank transfer. You can choose this method directly during checkout.

Products will be reserved for 7 days while we wait for your payment.
A USD 20 transaction fee applies for orders under USD 500.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are only accepted for American schools and government institutions. All purchase orders must:

Be on the school’s or government agency’s letterhead
Be signed by the purchasing department
Include an official purchase number

Purchase orders may be submitted via our support center (PDF format).
Terms: Net 30 days. Robotmall reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order if the account has an outstanding balance.

Klarna – Flexible Payments

Robotmall offers different pay-over-time options for USA-based customers through Klarna. Application is made at checkout. After clicking “Complete order”, you will be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase. For details, please refer to Klarna’s FAQ.
