What is the process from start to finish for becoming a Robotmall integrator? How do l get started?
We offer a streamlined process for joining our integrator network:
- Application: Fill out the form to let us know about your expertise and interests. We will review your candidacy and reach out when ready if you have been selected and proceed to an interview.
- Training & Onboarding: If you are accepted after the interview, we will provide you with the necessary training and resources to get you started as an integrator.
- Lead Assignment: Once you're onboard, we match you with qualified leads for integration projects.
- Project Execution: You will work directly with customers, using your interpersonal and technical skills to integrate robotics solutions into their operations. Our technical team is always available for support.
- After-Sales Support: Robotmall first handles customer inquiries and issues, so you can focus on the integration work. However, be prepared to be deployed to the field if necessary.
What expertise and qualifications do l need to become a Robotmall integrator?
We welcome skilled individuals and professionals with a passion for robotics and technology. While previous experience in robotics is preferred, we also accept individuals with technical expertise and a background in integration, especially in industries like consumer electronics or automation. Additionally, we partner with companies that have their own network of integrators. If you have hands-on experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and client management, or you already have a team of integrators, you could be an excellent fit for our program. We value individuals and organizations who can bring a high level of technical skill and a commitment to quality service. Ultimately, whether you're an independent consultant or part of a larger organization, Robotmall provides the resources and support needed to help you thrive in the integration space.
What is the compensation forintegrators?
Integrators are compensated based on the complexity and scope of each project.
Robotmall ensures that your expertise and time are fairly valued, offering competitive rates for all integration services. The compensation structure will be outlined during your onboarding, so you’ll know exactly what to expect for each project.
How will l be paid and when?
Payment is typically made via bank transfer, and you will be paid every 2 weeks according to the projects implemented.
How long can the implementation of a robotics solution take?
The implementation can take anywhere from half a day to several days, depending on the complexity of the project and the number of robots involved.
How is the training done?
The training will be a mix of virtual meetings and hands-on training with robots at Robotmall ’s “Living Lab” in Mirabel, Quebec, or at other locations as the network continues to grow.
If l have customers interested, can someone help me choose the best robotics solutions for them?
Absolutely. Robotmall offers extensive resources and support to help you select the ideal robots for your clients' needs. Additionally, our team is available to provide guidance on specific project requirements. However, keep in mind that you do not need to prospect for clients yourself, as we will provide the leads. If you have customers interested in robotic solutions, we are absolutely here to help as well.
