Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time


In general, we begin processing your order after receiving it and confirming successful payment.


In-stock products are typically shipped within 1–7 business days.

Processing time may be longer for out-of-stock items, pre-orders, custom products, large equipment, special specification items, or products requiring separate confirmation of inventory and shipping arrangements.

If otherwise specified on the product page, quotation, order confirmation email, or written agreement, those terms shall prevail.


Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or delays caused by force majeure, inventory checks, payment verification, address confirmation, customs documentation, or other necessary procedures.


2. Shipping Coverage


Robotmall offers shipping to multiple countries and regions; however, not all products are available for delivery to all destinations.


Due to differences in size, weight, battery restrictions, import/export regulations, local laws, logistics accessibility, and customs requirements, some products may only be shipped to specific regions or may require confirmation after order placement.


If your location is not supported for direct checkout, you may contact us for a custom quotation and shipping arrangement.


3. Shipping Methods


We will select appropriate shipping methods based on order details, product characteristics, destination, logistics availability, and safety requirements. These may include:

Air freight

Sea freight

Ground transportation

Dedicated logistics lines


For large equipment, robots, battery products, industrial goods, custom items, or bulk orders, we may use pallet shipping, freight services, or other suitable methods.


Unless otherwise agreed, the carrier and route are determined by Robotmall.


4. Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are calculated based on product type, package size, weight, destination, shipping method, and other factors.


Shipping fees are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.

Fees will be displayed at checkout or provided after order confirmation.


For large items, bulk orders, custom products, or special shipping conditions, displayed shipping costs may be estimates. Final costs will be confirmed before shipment.


5. Estimated Delivery Time


Delivery times vary depending on product and destination:


Small items and accessories: 5–15 business days after shipment

Large equipment and international freight: 7–45 business days

Sea freight, remote regions, or special products may take longer


All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, customs, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


6. Order Tracking


When applicable, tracking information will be provided after shipment.


Please note:


Tracking updates may be delayed for freight shipments, consolidated shipments, or certain international logistics services.

Tracking may only become available at certain stages.


If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, refusal, customs issues, or lack of cooperation, you may be responsible for additional costs or losses.


Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has entered processing or shipping stages.

Risk of loss and damage transfers to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier.


Please inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage immediately.

We will assist in investigation and determine appropriate solutions such as replacement, refund, repair, or claims support.

If you refuse delivery without valid reason or cause return due to your actions (e.g., wrong address, customs refusal), we may deduct:

Storage fees

Handling costs
