We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


2. Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:


The item must be in its original condition: unused, uninstalled, and not activated

The item must include original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and components

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

The item must not show damage caused by misuse, modification, disassembly, improper handling, or storage


For robots, smart devices, large equipment, or products with specialized components, we may require photos, videos, or additional documentation before approving a return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The item is damaged during shipping

The item is defective or malfunctioning

You received the wrong item

Parts or accessories are missing


To expedite processing, please provide your order number along with photos or videos.


5. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:


Custom-made, special-order, or personalized products

Items that have been installed, activated, connected, configured, or used

Items damaged due to misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, or improper storage

Consumables, personal care items, or single-use products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or restricted items

Clearance items, final sale products, and gift cards

6. Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. After your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


This is typically the fastest and most efficient method.


7. Special Conditions for Robots & Large Equipment


Due to the high value and complexity of robotic products and large equipment, the following factors may affect return eligibility:


The item has been installed, deployed, activated, registered, or software-bound

Original packaging is damaged and unsuitable for return shipping

Missing components such as controllers, chargers, batteries, cables, or toolkits

Visible signs of use, wear, operational logs, or user-caused damage


For such products, we reserve the right to determine whether to accept returns, exchanges, repairs, or partial refunds based on actual conditions.


8. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)


If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.


However, the item must still meet the following conditions:


Unused

Uninstalled

Not activated

With original tags

In original packaging

With proof of purchase


If applicable law provides exceptions, those laws shall prevail.


9. Refunds


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.
