Order Confirmation & Payment


Orders are not binding on Robotmall until they are formally accepted by us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Robotmall will only confirm and process orders after receiving full payment.


Unless otherwise specified, all products must be fully paid before shipment.


For certain products such as robots, large equipment, custom items, pre-orders, or enterprise purchases, Robotmall may confirm inventory, shipping costs, delivery timelines, or technical requirements before officially accepting the order.


Backorders & Split Shipments


If your order includes out-of-stock, pre-order, or backordered items:


The system may process full payment at checkout

Shipment will typically be arranged once all items are available


This helps secure inventory from upcoming restocks.


If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
